Eggs and Green Chilies

DSC_0739

I am at a little bit of a loss as to what to write about today, just to let you know. It's a definite writer's block situation, which happens pretty often.

Even though I'm not sure how to start this post, I wanted to put this egg dish out there today. It's super simple and easy, and only has 4 ingredients!

Here is how it goes:

Eggs, sour cream, cheese, and chilies. That's it!

Start by whipping the eight eggs, slowly add the sour cream, and then fold in the cheese and chilies.

After you bake it for about 45 minutes, you're done!

Simple success.

  1. This is a fabulous dish, but it definitely has 4 ingredients, not 3. Unless my math skills are way off (which is possible)

  2. Oh my goodness, Kate, thank you so much for noticing my mistakes!! That is sooo embarrassing! And the bad part thing is that I've done that more than once...
    Thanks again!
